Dr. Laura Simpson

Dr. Laura Simpson is passionate about providing exceptional and comfortable care to her patients. She believes patients should be active participants in their oral health care and takes a collaborative approach to treatment, listening to each patient’s concerns and thoroughly educating him or her on treatment options.  

After graduating Summa Cum Laude from University of South Carolina, Dr. Simpson returned home to Maryland, where she graduated Magna Cum Laude from the University of Maryland School of Dentistry. She was inducted into the Omicron Kappa Upsilon Honor Society, Gorgas Odontological Honor Society, and Gamma Pi Delta Prosthodontic Honor Society. She was awarded the Northeastern Society of Periodontics Senior Student Award, General Practice Directors Award, and Outstanding Dean’s Award for Community Service.

After dental school, she completed a clinical fellowship in general dentistry and oral medicine at the Perry Point Veterans Affairs Medical Center and University of Maryland School of Dentistry.

Dr. Simpson lives in Baltimore City with her husband, toddler, and cat. When not treating patients, she enjoys reading, knitting, golf, and singing.
